This image of the decorative elements that adorn the exterior of the building on each corner were based on the shape of Mercury’s winged helmet and resemble hood ornaments installed on Chrysler vehicles at the time. They highlight why this building is considered the epitome of Jazz Age architecture and adds Art Deco elegance in both a contemporary or Art Deco inspired setting.
